So how can you create that good vibe every day? It all starts with the right lifestyle. If you can eat well and live well, you have every chance of feeling good every day. You may be fed up hearing how diets that are full of fruit and vegetables are best for a healthy body. I think it’s true. But I’m not denying that treating yourself to a chocolate bar doesn’t make you feel good!
Looking after my skin is really important to me. I don’t want lots of wrinkles all over my face as I get older. I moisturise, and I use masks to keep the skin in good condition. And yes, I even drink that extra glass of water. But I frown from time to time, and it shows. A newly opened clinic has started offering a treatment to prevent those frowns from causing deep lines and wrinkles. It’s something to consider if you can’t quit frowning!
Detoxes are a really popular way of cleansing the body. I’m put off a little bit because I don’t like feeling hungry. But people rave about how they feel empty in a good way. They feel that they can start again with a refreshed digestive system, and a body rid of all its toxins. If this is a way to feel good, physically, then I’m all for it. But it would have to taste good too!
So is there a knack to looking and feeling good? Is it really an artform? In a way yes it is because it takes some work, some practice, and some skill to get it right. Look good and feel good this summer.
