I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this 'cooling' mask, but it was a truly heavenly experience! I'd been really hot and stressed and smoothing this over my face and feeling the cooling sensation alongside the scent of peppermint was glorious. It relaxed me straight away and cooled me down! Another great thing about the cooling feature is that it eliminated some of the redness which is a constant feature on my cheeks (which I hate).
The clay in this mask means it's a really thick texture, so it really takes a lot of smoothing, which I think really adds to the relaxation feeling as it's almost like giving yourself a little face massage.
The cooling clay mask washed off really easy, and my face was silky smooth afterwards. Sometimes I find face masks can leave my face feeling a bit tight afterwards but that wasn't a problem with this one.
I also definitely saw a difference in the clarity of my skin the next morning, so it totally lives up to being a deep cleansing mask!
I love this face mask, it cleanses, cools and smells gorgeous. My only disappointment is that I didn't use it sooner! I would definitely recommend that you get yourselves one of these ASAP.
